We accept bookings subject to the following Terms and Conditions:
Contract and Booking- A ‘Client’ is all persons named on the booking form intending to travel with us. A ‘Product’ is any service sold by Group On Holidays LLC All clients will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted all of our booking conditions. In order to confirm a booking the agent must have full payment of all payments due. A contract between the client and Group On Holidays LLC comes into existence once we have confirmed the booking in writing and issued a confirmation. The person signing the booking form (that incorporates these terms and conditions) warrants that they have full authority to do so on behalf of all persons whose name appears thereon and confirms that all such persons are fully aware of and understand these terms and conditions. The said contract, including all matters rising from it, is subject to Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts. No employees or representatives of Group On Holidays LLC have any right to alter, vary or waive any of these terms and conditions, nor to undertake any liability whatsoever on behalf of Ibadat Group LLC, unless authorized in writing and signed by the CEO of Ibadat Group LLC reserves the right to decline any booking at their discretion without further explanation. Name change amendments At the time of making the booking, you must provide full correct names as they appear on your passport. Please note that airlines do not permit name changes on issued tickets. Ibadat Group LLC will not be held responsible for any charges that may incur for the incorrect submission of names. It is recommended that you submit passport copy while submitting preferred travel dates for your vacation.
Payment and Pricing Policy- Your reservation request will be confirmed upon receipt of the full payment due at the time of booking. A deposit of 50% of the total package rate is required within 24 hours of confirmation with the balance due 28 days prior to departure. Please be aware that some of our airfares and land arrangements need to be paid in full at the time of booking and carry a 100% cancellation charge. In these cases you will be notified at the time of booking. Although every effort will be made to confirm your request, please note that travel arrangements are not confirmed until you receive our written confirmation and Ibadatgroup.in reserves the right to make changes if required. Before a booking is confirmed, Ibadatgroup.in reserves the right to amend price of product due to any circumstances outside the control of Ibadatgroup.in such as but not limited to changes relating to governmental action, increases in transportation costs (including schedule airfares and the cost of fuel) changes in any dues, taxes or fees chargeable for services (including landing taxes or embarkation / disembarkation fees at airports), increases in admission fees and hotel rate adjustments / availability. Advertised prices are also subject to seasonal changes, exchange rates and may vary slightly. Payments can be made via bank transfers, Visa or MasterCard. Please be aware that airfares need to be paid in full at the time of booking and carry a 100% cancellation charge. For all other services the cancellation fees in the next paragraph “Amendments and cancellation by clients” will apply. Tourism Dirham For hotel accommodation in Dubai, please note that in order to comply with Dubai Government Council resolution No 2 of 2014, Hotels and Resorts in Dubai will be applying the Tourism Dirham&rdquo structure effective March 31, 2014. The Tourism Dirham will be applied and charged to guests upon check out by the hotel.
Cancellations by Clients- Clients wishing to cancel must inform ibadatgroup.in in writing signed by the lead passenger on the booking form. Cancellation will take effect on the date the cancellation request is received by ibadatgroup.in and the following general cancellation charges will apply:
PRIOR TO DEPARTURE PERCENTAGE/CANCELLATION CHARGE ON PACKAGE PRICE:
Should the customer wish to cancel your tour, IbadatGroup.in must be notified by him/her. Such notification shall deem to have been given to us only on the date of receipt of letter/email/message/calls from lead passenger, since we can only act on the receipt of the same.Â

60 days or more before date of departure : 10% of total cost + Flight and Visa cost (if issued)
45 days or more before date of departure : 15% of total cost + Flight and Visa cost (if issued)
30 days or more before date of departure : 25% of total cost + Flight and Visa cost (if issued)
29 – 20 days before date of departure : 50% of total cost + Flight and Visa cost (if issued)
19 days or less before date of departure : 100%Â of total costÂ
The cancellation process will take 1 to 3 months until the amount is returned. No refund can be given for air ticket and partially used services. Note: Same policy applicable for confirmed or blocked seats against full or partial payment. Amount to be refunded by bank transfer.
Cancellation by IbadatGroup.in reserves the right to cancel any confirmed booking in any circumstances, however, IbadatGroup.in will not cancel a Guaranteed Departure Product except in the unusual circumstances of force majeure, defined here as war, threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, flight cancellation or any other external circumstances beyond the control of IbadatGroup.in Compensation is not available if IbadatGroup.in is forced to cancel or in any way change a tour due to force majeure but where IbadatGroup.in  is unable to provide the tour booked, IbadatGroup.in  will return to the Client all monies paid to IbadatGroup.in  (less any insurance premiums paid) or offer an alternative date or holiday of comparable standard.Â
No requested change can be guaranteed. If any number of the party is prevented from travelling because of death, injury or serious illness of the client, close relative or friend, redundancy or jury service, it may be possible to transfer the booking to another suitable person or departure date or tour of similar standard and cost provided that written notice is confirmed by IbadatGroup.in If a refund is payable by IbadatGroup.in  to the Client, the refund amount will be calculated according to the conditions as mentioned and with consideration of evidence of exceptional circumstances. IbadatGroup.in will not pay fees charged to the Client by the Client bank for processing the credited amount. Once hotel reservations have been confirmed, IbadatGroup.in reserves the right to substitute hotels listed with others of a similar category. Hotels reserve the right to close facilities due to operational reasons without prior notice.
Product Information- All product information has been published by IbadatGroup.in in good faith and IbadatGroup.in will use its best endeavours to operate all products. IbadatGroup.in reserves the right to change any of the facilities and services described in its website and publications and to substitute alternative arrangements of comparable monetary value without compensation and accepts no liability for loss of enjoyment resulting from any change. IbadatGroup.in reserves its rights to change selected hotel to same category accommodation, due to any extraordinary circumstances. UAE Public / National Holidays Crazy Deal Vouchers do not apply for travel periods during UAE Public/National Holidays, officially announced by UAE Government. If you wish to travel during Public Holidays, kindly contact Call Center for a supplement fee. Inclusions and Exclusions of package price The price of any holiday booked includes only the items specified. It does not include items of a personal nature including, but not limited to, personal insurance, transport to your outbound airport unless specified, refreshments, telephone calls, laundry, gifts, meals and beverages unless specified, optional excursions, passport and visa fees, porterage, gratuities or taxes, unless otherwise specified, which shall in each and every case be the responsibility of the client. Hotel check-in/check-out times are fixed and there are no guarantees for early/late check-in/out unless paid for by the client.
Travel Insurance- Adequate insurance is mandatory for all clients to cover at least but not limited to medical and repatriation expenses, loss of luggage, cancellation or curtailment of a Product and should not exclude any planned adventure activities from the time of booking for the full duration of the Product as a minimum. A client and their personal belongings are the sole responsibility of themselves. IbadatGroup.in accepts no liability on the client’s behalf where IbadatGroup.in has provided a product of a reasonable standard. Clients are fully responsible for arranging their own travel insurance. Should the insurers dispute their liability for any reason, the client will have recourse against the insurers only. Liability of IbadatGroup.in acts as the Tour Operator only on behalf of the suppliers and accordingly accepts no liability whatsoever for loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or any other irregularity arising whatsoever. IbadatGroup.in products and in particular adventure activities contain an element of risk to the personal safety of the client that other package holidays may not contain. By accepting these booking conditions clients are aware of the risks inherent in their chosen travel and clients undertake such risks at their own volition. IbadatGroup.in accepts no liability of client’s damages where IbadatGroup.in  has fulfilled its duty of care to clients by providing products of a reasonable standard. IbadatGroup.in has no direct control over the provision of services / facilities by the relevant suppliers and hence we do not accept liability for errors or omissions by the suppliers. IbadatGroup.in accepts no liability if there has been no fault on the part of IbadatGroup.in or its’ suppliers and the reason for the claimed damages was either the client’s fault or a result of unusual circumstances beyond the control of IbadatGroup.in  by force majeure and the consequences of which could not have been avoided even with all due care. In respect of carriage by air, sea and rail and the provision of accommodation, IbadatGroup.in liability in the said cases will be limited in the manner provided by the relevant international conventions. IbadatGroup.in accepts no liability if additional costs to the client are incurred through delay, accident or disruption of the product(s) beyond the control of IbadatGroup.in by force majeure. Delays IbadatGroup.in will not be liable for any delays prior to departure or during travel to any hotels / resorts brought about by airline technical difficulties, strikes, weather conditions or any other circumstances out of our control. Any expenses relating to these unscheduled extensions will be for the passengers own account. Travel Documentation It is the responsibility of the clients to be in possession of a valid passport, visa permits, all necessary travel s, vaccinations, preventative medicines and other medical certificates that may be needed to travel. IbadatGroup.in  is not liable for damages arising from changes in regulations or laws to the necessary travel requirements. Information about these matters is given in good faith by IbadatGroup.in  but without liability. It is important that you check all details provided on your travel ation are correct upon receipt. If there are any inaccuracies, please contact the IbadatGroup.in immediately. All passengers are will be personally responsible for ensuring they are in possession of the correct and necessary ation prior to departure Passport and Visas It is the client responsibility to obtain correct, current and valid passports and re-entry permits where required. IbadatGroup.in will not be liable for any consequence of any nature arising from the customer failing to ensure he / she has complied with such requirements.
Health and Conduct- All Clients are expected to satisfy themselves prior to booking that they are fit and able to complete the itinerary of their chosen tour as described in the brochure. Any clients with pre-existing medical conditions or illness must declare the true nature of such conditions at the time of booking, and make arrangements for the provision of any medication or other treatment which may be required during the tour. Such a client is required to provide a medical statement from a General Practitioner to confirm they are fit to travel. Failure to make such disclosure will constitute a breach of these booking conditions and relieve IbadatGroup.in from any obligations and liability.
Client Exclusion and Local Law- Clients agree to accept the authority and decisions of IbadatGroup.in and its supplier’s employees and representatives whilst on tour. If in the opinion of such persons, the health or conduct of a client before or after the departure appears likely to endanger the safe, comfortable or happy progress of the tour, the client may be excluded from all or part of the tour without prior notice or any liability on the part of IbadatGroup.in In the case of a client ill health IbadatGroup.in  may make such arrangements as it sees fit and recover the costs thereof from the client. Passengers agree to comply with the laws and regulations of the countries they travel. IbadatGroup.in shall not be liable for any clients who commit illegal or unlawful acts whilst on tour. IbadatGroup.in LLC is not responsible in case traveller is not able to board the flight due to not reaching on time, traveller’s travel ‘s expiry like passport, UAE VISA, visa rejection or any other reason. Group On Holidays LLC to take passport copies to update name in travel s issued by Group On Holidays LLC same as per passport. In this case, Group On Holidays LLC is responsible for spelling mistake only. We, Group On Holidays LLC not responsible for passport, VISA or any other ‘s expiry. Customer to check passport expiry date as per immigration rules of travelling country. Complaints In the event the Client has a complaint about any of the product arrangements the client must raise the complaint immediately with a IbadatGroup.in employee or legal representative so that IbadatGroup.in can use its best endeavours to rectify the problem. IbadatGroup.in cannot rectify a problem it is unaware of. Failure to complain immediately will extinguish or at least reduce IbadatGroup.in liability to pay compensation. Although every effort will be made to resolve a complaint to the customer’s satisfaction, it is specifically recorded that IbadatGroup.in in no way accepts liability for any claim.
Selection of seats in airlines and bus- In airlines: Seat allocation in airlines is not done by IbadatGroup.in customers may or may not get seats together. IbadatGroup.in is not responsible in case customers get different seats in airline or in case customers do not get preferred seat in airlines. In Bus : It is subject to availability and first come first get basis.
Modification : We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time without advance notice and at our sole discretion. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions shall become effective once posted on the Website and shall supersede all previous terms and conditions posted however, the changes will not have any retrospective effect on contractual arrangements made through this Website prior to the changes coming into effect.Â
Your continued use of this Website after any change means that you have irrevocably accepted the amended and/or changed terms and conditions.
Currency Conversion-
Being a UAE based company, conversion charges applicable in case payment made by any international card not issued by any UAE bank. Conversion charges Rs. 21 = 1 AED is fixed for all booking(s) made for any package on website from India by any credit or debit card issued by any Indian bank however real-time applicable conversion and transaction charge (if applicable by your bank) may be charged by your bank on your card. The difference of our fixed conversion that is 21 Rs. = 1 AED and real-time applicable market price of currency change (online or offline) to be paid by customer.
Emigration check-
Its the responsibility of traveler to check all emigration rules before booking as we IbadatGroup not responsible in case a traveler not able to cross emigration.
NOC from the concerned embassy-
NOC (no objection certificate) rules to be checked with concerned embassy by the travelers. In case NOC required, its responsibility of traveler to keep NOC while emigration process going on. IbadatGroup not responsible in case traveler not able to cross emigration due to NOC or any other matter connected to emigration.Â
